
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen. You will guide clients through platform deployment—including configuring conversational AI agents—ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for growth and expanded usage.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation, conducting in-depth analysis of field-raised issues, providing temporary workarounds, and partnering with DevOps, R&D, Professional Services, and Product teams to drive permanent solutions and product improvements.
Collect and structure clients' needs (technical and functional) to ensure solutions align with their business objectives
Analyse, prepare, and validate data necessary for solution deployment
Configure the platform to fit client needs—build, design, and refine AI Applications
Guide and train clients in platform deployment, ensuring smooth implementation
Facilitate workshops, deliver user training, and support change management
Troubleshoot issues and answer customer tickets within Professional Services scope
Coordinate internally with sales & pre-sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams
1-2 years of experience, preferably in consulting or working directly with customers
Experience as a support engineer, ideally in a SaaS organisation in a B2B customer service/support setting
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and take on responsibility
Understanding of modern LLM architectures (RAG, tools, agents, language models, API integrations)
Data analytics and data management proficiency
Project management and delivery skills to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
Strong customer relationship skills to build and maintain positive client interactions
Fluency in English and French with strong communication capabilities in both languages
A passion for technical tasks as well as business analysis, bridging the gap between technology and business needs
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
Demonstrating excellent project management skills, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Showing a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Being adaptable and open to learning, continuously improving your skills and knowledge
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with ease
You have hands-on experience building or deploying AI applications
You possess AI agent knowledge: setting up agents, prompting, tuning model behaviour, implementing tools/integrations, retrieval, guardrails
You have experience in the financial services or SaaS industry
