  • Reduce build automations variance across 25+ products

Deployment, Helm, and Runtime Infrastructure

  • Create and maintain Helm charts used across applications.
  • Support Kubernetes/OpenShift operations and environment hardening.
  • Ensure runtime reliability, disaster recovery readiness, and environmental consistency.

Security, Compliance & Secrets

  • Implement sealed secrets and secure configuration management.
  • Integrate automated security and vulnerability scanning into pipelines.
  • Improve certificate lifecycle management and access governance.

Observability & Monitoring (Dynatrace)

  • Enhance application logging and system monitoring patterns.
  • Improve analytics, crash logging, and feedback loops for product teams.

Developer Experience & Productivity

  • Reduce cognitive load for developers through tooling, automation, and self‑service capabilities.

Device Management

  • Support device and environment management (e.g., VR/XR, Mobile, Zebra).

Nice to have: Test Automation & Regression Systems

  • Build and maintain regression automation frameworks.
  • Support scalable test execution integrated into CI/CD.
  • Enable standardized gating and quality bars for releases.

What we’re looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience:

  • 7 years relevant work experience is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience enabling multiple product engineering teams.
  • Background building internal platforms or developer tooling.
  • Understanding of regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with:
    • OSx Build Automation
    • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.)
    • GitOps (ArgoCD preferred)
    • Kubernetes/OpenShift operations
    • Helm chart development
    • Containerization and runtime engineering
  • Experience with secrets management, scanning tools, cert management.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and test runners.
  • Strong scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation skills.
