Overview

Help shape solutions and make a lasting difference in Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions. In this role, you work closely with customers to identify their most important business challenges and design ways to achieve measurable outcomes using Copilot and Microsoft 365. You apply deep, hands-on experience with artificial intelligence to translate complex needs into trustworthy solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

You will lead the end-to-end solution process, from problem discovery through design, prototyping, and value realization, ensuring that each engagement is grounded in clear success measures. You focus not only on which artificial intelligence capabilities to use, but on how those capabilities will unlock tangible customer impact and repeatable business value. By continuously learning from customer results and scaling proven approaches, you help the team raise the bar for how Microsoft delivers transformational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use deep technical, domain, and industry knowledge to build credibility with customer technical decision makers and act as a trusted advisor on their transformation journey.
• Lead complex solution design, architectural discussions, and proof of concept activities across multiple Microsoft cloud and productivity technologies to prove value and drive technical wins.
• Shape and execute strategic plans to scale successful solutions and customer wins, including leveraging partners in a sell-with environment to extend impact across accounts and industries.
• Build and share competitive and market insights, documenting patterns and feedback to influence product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices, delivering content at internal or external events, and mentoring peers and broader technical communities.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
