As a Solution Engineer - AI Business Solutions Sales and Service, you help leading German enterprises transform how they engage customers across sales, customer service, and contact centers. In this role, you partner closely with our Solution Engineering for Artificial Intelligence Business Solutions team to bring modern, outcome-driven sales and service capabilities to life for customers. You help them understand what is possible, design the right solution approach, and realize tangible business value from their investments.
You work directly with major enterprise growth customers to reimagine their sales and service processes using Dynamics 365, Copilot, and agent-based experiences. You use your technical and business acumen to anticipate customer needs, translate requirements into solution architectures, and guide them through evaluations and proof of concept activities. By collaborating with account teams and partners, you ensure that customers adopt solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned to their strategic priorities. Your work directly contributes to expanding Microsoft’s footprint in our enterprise segment and accelerating adoption of our Dynamics 365 and artificial intelligence capabilities.
In line with our Flexible Work approach, for roles at Microsoft Germany, we recommend spending at least two days per week in the office or at the customer site.

Solution Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Germany is € 64,800.00 - € 108,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
