Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer - Agile/Scrum Delivery Master for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on a modernisation program that aims to deliver quality IT solutions in a dynamic environment. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while engaging in diverse projects that challenge your expertise and foster professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, manage, and decommission IT solutions within your team.
• Collaborate as a core member of a multidisciplinary and cross-functional team, focusing on delivering quality products to clients.
• Guide the team in designing and developing secure and robust solutions, ensuring applications are production-ready and maintained.
• Utilize your technical expertise to contribute to all sprint events, including planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos, and daily stand-ups.
• Develop a release calendar for various initiatives, considering external dependencies and long-term projections.
• Continuously enhance your expertise while sharing knowledge of new tools and practices within the team.
• Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to fully understand and meet project needs.
• Work independently and proactively while being a team player.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science from a recognized European institution.
• Continuous self-education to stay updated on sustainable trends and innovations, focusing on software/solution developments in hybrid cloud environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in API design/definition and development.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in microservices development and integration.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java SE.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java SE10+.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum/Agile Delivery Master, preferably in greenfield software projects involving APIs, microservices, eventing, and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Agile frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software design (cloud, API, microservices, eventing).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum/Agile Delivery Master in cloud-native software projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing Agile software/solution delivery.
• Ability to propose alternative solutions and make recommendations considering the full context.
• Excellent listening skills, flexible attitude, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Behavioral or Domain Driven Design, Development, and Testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Angular framework is an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French due to the bilingual work environment.
