As a Solutions Engineer at Corpay, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
As a Solutions Engineer at Corpay Cross-Border, you will support the technical onboarding and implementation of clients integrating with Corpay's digital payment and FX solutions.
The role will primarily support clients and internal stakeholders across North America, with working hours aligned to the US Eastern Time (ET) timezone, while also providing technical support to client implementations and initiatives across other global regions as required.
You will work closely with Technical Sales Consultants and other Payment Solutions teams to support clients across integration modalities including REST APIs, File Upload, SFTP, ERP and other digital payment capabilities. The role requires strong technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In addition to client implementations, Solutions Engineering is regularly relied upon to support special projects, new product initiatives and ad-hoc business requirements. The successful candidate should therefore be comfortable working across a variety of technical challenges and adapting to evolving business priorities.
The position will be primarily remote; however, the successful candidate will initially attend the Chennai office for induction and training and will be expected to attend occasionally thereafter for team meetings, training and other business requirements.
