Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Planning and design of RCC and steel structures for industrial facilities, including industrial buildings, transformer & equipment foundations and pipe racks.
• Planning and design of outdoor and underground utilities, such as roads, stormwater drainage, and associated infrastructure for power and industrial projects.
• Ability to collect, develop, analyze, and clearly communicate technical information to internal stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results oriented, with the flexibility to perform effectively under tight schedules in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.


We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5–12 years of relevant experience in the Energy sector such as Power Plants & HVDC converter stations.
• Strong working knowledge of civil and structural design codes, including Eurocodes, Indian Standards and American codes.
• Hands on experience with civil/structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD Pro & Dlubal/RSTAB,
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, for engineering calculations, documentation, and communication.
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM tools such as Revit, Tekla, E3D, or Civil 3D will be considered an added advantage.
