As a Solution Sales Engineer for global markets, you will play a pivotal role within the sales organization, working closely with Account Executives and Key Account Managers to identify and demonstrate the best possible solutions for our prospects and customers.
This role can be based in Paris or London
Your primary responsibility will be to dive deep into customer needs, challenges, pains, and requirements, ensuring that Deepki’s platform, services, and, when applicable, partners, align perfectly with their goals. This is both a technical and strategic role where you will translate complex Real Estate, financial and sustainability requirements into actionable, tailored solutions. By fully understanding the customer’s impact and objectives, you will ensure that Deepki’s offerings provide the greatest value and drive success for their business.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with Account Executives to qualify business opportunities, address customer technical objections, and develop tailored sales strategies.
Understand and analyze Real Estate-specific challenges faced by customers, from operational inefficiencies to sustainability goals, and present Deepki’s solutions as the key to overcoming these.
Demonstrate the value Deepki brings to prospects, focusing on how our sustainability platform can drive operational and sustainability improvements for real estate portfolios.
Create impactful presentations, demos, and other resources that demonstrate the value of Deepki’s solutions in a way that resonates with Real Estate professionals (Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Sustainability Managers, Property Managers, Engineering Firms, etc.).
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (marketing, product, consulting and engineering) to continuously enhance Deepki’s offerings.
Empower the sales team by sharing expertise, best practices, and enabling them to effectively communicate Deepki’s value proposition to clients.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in a presales, sales engineering or solution engineering roles within the enterprise SaaS space
Experience in the Real Estate industry and/or Sustainability is required (sustainability, asset management, PropTech or a related field), with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the sector.
Strong technical and business acumen ability to connect complex customer requirements (technical and business-related) with Deepki’s platform.
C-level engagement: comfortable interacting with all levels of customer teams, including senior executives.
Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients.
Self-starter & collaborative: you work well independently but also thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English - other european languages would be a plus
