Job Description

About Frontegg

Frontegg is the identity infrastructure for modern B2B SaaS. We give developers everything they need to authenticate users, manage tenants, and secure their applications — from day-one auth to enterprise-grade SSO and SCIM.

Now, we're leading the next wave: identity for AI Our AgentLink platform enables secure authentication for AI agents, M2M workflows, and autonomous systems — the authentication layer the agentic era demands.

Backed by leading VCs, we work with hundreds of B2B companies who ship auth in hours, not months.

The Role

We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to be the technical face of Frontegg for prospects and customers - from first demo to production and beyond.

This isn't a "run the demo, hand off to support" role. You'll go deep: debugging OAuth flows on live calls, architecting SSO implementations for complex enterprise customers, and helping developers ship secure auth into production. You'll work across the full lifecycle - presales POCs, integration support, and ongoing technical partnership.

You'll also be one of our first experts on agentic identity — helping customers secure AI agents, implement M2M authentication, and navigate identity in a world where machines call APIs too.

What You'll Do

Customer-Facing Technical Work

  • Lead technical demos and architecture discussions with customer’s engineering teams
  • Run POCs end-to-end: scoping, implementation, success criteria, go-live
  • Debug live integration issues - CORS errors, token validation failures, redirect misconfigurations, SDK quirks
  • Guide customers through SSO/SAML/OIDC setups for their enterprise clients

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and R&D
  • Improve docs, API references, and integration guides based on real friction points
  • Build internal tools, scripts, or sample apps that accelerate customer onboarding

Agentic Identity (Growing Focus)

  • Help customers implement M2M authentication and token-based access for AI agents
  • Become a subject-matter expert on securing autonomous workflows and non-human identities

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 2+ years writing code in a web environment - JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar. You don't need to be a full-time developer, but you've shipped code and can read a customer's codebase
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role -Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar
  • Working knowledge of web authentication - OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWTs, cookies/sessions. You've implemented or debugged these before
  • Strong debugging instincts - You're comfortable in browser dev tools, reading network requests, and tracing errors across client and server
  • Excellent communication in English and Hebrew - Written and verbal. You can explain PKCE to a CTO and to a junior developer, differently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with identity providers (Auth0, Okta, Cognito) or CIAM platforms
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue — and how frontend auth flows work
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS concepts: multi-tenancy, RBAC, SCIM provisioning
  • Interest or experience in AI agents, LLM integrations, or M2M authentication
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments

What We Offer

  • High-impact role with direct customer and product exposure
  • Front-row seat to the intersection of identity and AI
  • Competitive compensation + equity
  • Hybrid work in Tel Aviv
  • A team that takes the craft seriously but doesn't take itself too seriously
