About the role:

Initial 12 month contract with strong potential to extend.

Must be currently located in Singapore.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Strong solution design and architecture experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and supportable technical solutions.
  • Experience working with billing, finance, receivables, collections.
  • Good knowledge of telecom billing systems, including billing and charging processes.
  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore development teams, and work effectively across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, dependencies, delivery status, and technical impacts.
  • Hands-on technical experience in enterprise applications, including system configuration, development support, troubleshooting, integration, batch processing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to lead solution discussions, perform impact assessments, and drive end-to-end solution delivery across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BSS products, particularly in charging and billing domains.
  • Experience in telecom billing and BSS environments, including consumer billing, billing cycles, rating and charging, and high-volume batch processing.
  • Familiarity with system integration patterns, API-based architectures, and enterprise application ecosystems.
