We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our Core Insurance Value Stream. You will act as the critical bridge between the business and our technical delivery teams, translating complex insurance requirements into robust system designs. With a deep understanding of the broader insurance ecosystem, you will map out integrations, define data flows, and ensure our systems communicate flawlessly to support our supply chain, external assessors, and vendor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• System Integration: Map APIs, data flows, and technical interactions across multiple disparate systems.
• Technical Definition: Work closely with engineering squads to define exact payloads, technical triggers, and integration points.
• Requirements Gathering: Confidently define and document comprehensive requirements, including detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as a business-facing leader, clearly communicating and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders (insurance operations, supply chain, assessing, external vendors).
• Delivery Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations.

What You Bring

• Mandatory commercial experience within the insurance sector, specifically with strong core insurance or claims processing experience.
• Deep understanding of the insurance supplier ecosystem, including allocation models, external assessors, and vendor integrations.
• Hands-on experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire).
• A strong technical foundation with the ability to map APIs and define complex system interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to distill technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
