What’s the role?

This is a permanent, Sydney based role within Westpac’s Digital Consumer Finance team, supporting the VisionPLUS credit card platform. You will focus on reviewing new requests coming into the credit cards space and shaping clear technical solutions before delivery begins. The role works closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams and vendor partners to ensure system impacts are understood upfront. You will be based in Sydney on Gadigal land and work a standard weekday pattern.

What do I need?

• Hands on experience working with credit card technology, including understanding card products, schemes and how credit card processing works end to end

• Experience reviewing change or project requests and helping define the right technical solution before build starts

• Strong understanding of system impacts across credit card platforms, including dependencies with upstream and downstream systems

• Experience working with vendors or third party technology partners to clarify scope or shape solutions

• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to both business and technology stakeholders
