Join our dedicated team inPōneke Wellingtonor TāmakiMakaurau / Auckland asaSolutions Designer/ Architect.

You will workclosely with Lines of Service, client teams, delivery leads, operations, risk, commercial and enabling functions to translate client needs into clear service scope, deliverypatternsand service boundaries.

The role supports strong client and internal stakeholder alignment bymaintainingclear service design artefacts, documenting scope boundaries and exclusions,identifyingdelivery risks and dependencies, and ensuring proposed services are practical to mobilise,operate,governand improve over time.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution design, service design, managed services, consulting, operations, transformation, business analysis, delivery modeldevelopmentor a related environment.

  • Strong understanding of how to translate client needs and business requirements into clear service scope, delivery models, operatingrequirementsand service boundaries.

  • Experience working with Lines of Service, clientteamsand delivery teams to define responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions,dependenciesand handoffs.

  • Ability to design services that are practical, repeatable, scalable, commerciallyviableand capable of being delivered consistently at scale.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance client outcomes, delivery complexity, risk, quality,costand operational scalability.

  • Understanding of managed services operating models, service transition, operational governance, reporting, qualitymanagementand continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Certification or training in service design, product management, project delivery, agile delivery, business analysis, operating model design, or similar disciplines.

  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.

  • Training or experience in managed services, operational excellence, process improvement, risk, quality, data,automationor AI-enabled service delivery.
