Your New Role
Are you a solution‑focused technologist who is excited about being part of building a future-ready organisation which embraces AI and automation, enjoys working closely with Architecture and Engineering teams, turning complex business needs into clear, buildable technical designs?
As Technical Solution Designer, you’ll sit within Technology Enablement and play a key role in delivering a critical program of work; a major initiative transforming how members interact with AustralianSuper. Working alongside Solution Architects, Technical Leads and delivery teams, you’ll be responsible for designing end‑to‑end technical solutions across multiple workstreams.
This role will bring to life architectural strategy through delivery of detailed, practical designs across Cloud (Azure), integration, data and digital channels (assisted and unassisted), ensuring solutions are aligned to technology standards, scalable, and ready for successful delivery.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about collaboration, has strong analytical thinking, and brings curiosity to provide clarity for complex technical problems, while staying hands‑on throughout build, test and transition.
