Seeking a Dynamic Solution Design Manager to Revolutionize Logistics Operations (3PL)

The Solution Design Manager will be instrumental in designing and optimizing contract logistics processes. This role involves contributing to facility layout, resource allocation, and supporting new and expanding process implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and technical studies on 3PL market intelligence to support logistics programs.
• Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, and design changes to craft effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the project team to verify requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop cost models and prepare proposal materials for client presentations.
• Participate in sales calls with the Business Development team to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to project management for successful implementation.
• Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and observations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution design within the 3PL industry with a proven track record of enhancing profitability.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and warehouse management systems.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to handle change and ambiguity with confidence and lead effectively.
• Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software, such as AutoCAD and simulation software.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across the country.
