
As part of our Sales Applications Team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, especially Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), as our global CRM platform. You act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technical architects of scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutions.
Overall Steer and monitor CGC solution design, as well as release management with your colleagues and together with the implementation partner specifically focusing around CGC Standards, Retail Execution and the Enhanced Data Model.
Key User Community Facilitate and foster the exchange with (key) users to gather and consolidate requirements and enable local subsidiaries in the optimal usage of Salesforce. Strongly support of the adoption and enablement.
Demand Management: Translate business requirements and best practices into user stories, use cases and collaborate with our implementation partner in the technical solution designs.
Product ownership: Oversee and support the administration, service, continuous improvement, testing and training of our salesforce solution.
Technical Scope: Ensure high-quality development within salesforce, as well as integrated systems by working closely with architects and engineering teams.
Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
Deep expertise in Salesforce, ideally with Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), including consulting, requirements analysis, and international sales processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce CGC best practices, configuration, data modelling, and integration fundamentals is an advantage.
Experience in Salesforce testing, training, and user enablement, is considered a plus.
Ability to lead implementation partners and collaborate closely with consulting companies to ensure successful delivery.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a service-oriented, user-centric mindset.
Fluent in English and German.
