Solution Consultant & Customer Success Manager, Asset Management (Latin America)

What You'll Do?

You will manage a portfolio of more than 60 customers across Latin America while supporting new business opportunities throughout the region.

Drive New Business Success

• Partner with Sales teams to understand customer challenges and business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions and solution-based conversations with prospective customers.
• Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support proof-of-concept activities and help customers evaluate solutions.
• Contribute to winning new business opportunities across the region.

Grow Customer Relationships

• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of Accruent's Asset Management solutions.
• Connect customer challenges to solutions across the broader portfolio, including:
• Engineering Document Management
• Maintenance Connection
• Field
• Related Asset Management solutions
• Collaborate with account teams to support revenue growth within existing accounts.

Drive Customer Success & Retention

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health, business goals, and engagement levels.
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to improve retention.
• Help customers realize measurable business value from their investment in Accruent solutions.
• Increase solution adoption and overall customer satisfaction.

Provide Strategic Leadership

• Facilitate customer workshops, business reviews, and executive discussions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Success in This Role

Performance will be measured through:

• Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
• New business win rate
• Regional revenue growth
• Customer retention and adoption
• Overall customer satisfaction and business outcomes

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring, growing, and retaining customer relationships.
• Strong consultative discovery and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience presenting to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Based in Brazil with the ability to travel throughout Latin America as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, Facilities Management, or related industries.
• Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with multi-product solution selling and account expansion strategies.
• Experience supporting both customer success and pre-sales activities.
