We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused UKG Ready Solutions Consultant (Implementation) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing UKG Ready HCM solutions.
While this is not a project management role, a good understanding of the implementation project lifecycle and the ability to work effectively within structured delivery frameworks is essential.
Your superior communication and presentation skills, coupled with your ability to manage complex environments and client relationships, will ensure your success in this role.

Hybrid role for Varna; Standard UK working hours;

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Assessment: Conduct workshops with senior members of customer organisations to drive requirement assessments.
• Solution Design: deliver comprehensive solutions ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Configuration: Design and implement UKG Ready HCM solutions and interfaces to meet specific client needs.
• Documentation: Collect, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, creating technical specifications.
• Build and Configuration: Build and configuration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design and client requirements. Provide expert knowledge and best practices during the Build phase.
• Testing Support: Provide guidance and support during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Best Practices: Advocate for and implement industry best practices in workforce management, process optimisation, and system configuration.
• Effective Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Client Management: Foster strong relationships with client Project teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Travel: Travel up to 25% may be required to meet with clients and support project implementations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a consultant in a similar application environment is desirable.
• Extensive experience in implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
• Previous experience managing or supporting UK payroll processes, with a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

Skills:

• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers, managing specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills would be considered an advantage. Such as French, Spanish, German, Polish, Italian

The pay range for this position is €19,800 to €26,750. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
