Without writing a single line of code, domain experts can configure processes like creating a new bank account. Because there is no need for coding, Atfinity digitises processes significantly faster and allows for much quicker updates when anything changes.

We are looking for a motivated Solution Configurator to join our growing team in Niš, Serbia. Our Configuration team helps clients to express their process needs with the Atfinity product.

The Solution Configurator position is in general technical, but doesn’t require coding. The training for the rules of software language and the process of configuration is provided by the company/on the job. A big part of the role is contact with clients to understand their needs and include the right solutions in the configuration, which is why fluency in English and communication skills are important.

Tasks

Your tasks will include

• Creating and managing configurations in the Atfinity product
• Testing configurations and making sure they meet client requirements
• Clearly communicating solutions to other team members
• Training other configurators (and sometimes clients)
• Taking responsibility for the quality of our product
• Suggesting improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or english is an advantage)
• No coding skills are necessary, but strong analytical thinking is required.
• Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
• Excellent English skills
• Experience with working with banks is a plus
• Valid working permit for Serbia
• Most important: Somebody with a curious mind and a fast learner
