We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Supply Chain Applications & Data Collaboration) with deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, data collaboration platforms, and scalable solution design to join our IT team.

Why this role matters

This is a Senior Manager-grade individual contributor role responsible for leading business analysis, solution design, and product ownership for in-house applications supporting supply chain and sourcing operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external vendors, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, practical, and well-governed solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data collaboration, and business performance.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

Technical Collaboration & Delivery Execution

  • Work closely with developers, technical leads, and external vendors to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and effectively delivered

  • Serve as the primary functional and technical bridge between business users and development teams, translating business requirements into practical system solutions

  • Review system logic across database, backend processing, and user interface layers

  • Be comfortable discussing solution design, data models, integration architecture, APIs, database structures, and technical trade-offs with developers and technical leads

  • Strong technical expertise in SQL and enterprise application architecture is required. Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Node.js, JavaScript is highly preferred

  • Coordinate UAT, support issue prioritization, and ensure delivery meets agreed business outcomes

  • Track delivery progress and support production stability and issue resolution

Product Ownership & Platform Accountability

  • Act as Product Owner for internal platforms, including order management system and Data Collaboration project

  • Manage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness

  • Oversee system lifecycle, including enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance

Business Analysis, Solution Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead end-to-end business requirement analysis across supply chain and sourcing workflows

  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions through user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

  • Drive improvements in workflow efficiency, process automation, and data visibility, including AI-enabled use cases where relevant

  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities

Stakeholder Management & Business-Technology Bridging

  • Serve as the key interface between Customer Success Management and Application Development teams

  • Partner with business users to understand pain points, define priorities, and propose effective solutions

  • Facilitate discussions, resolve requirement gaps, and drive alignment across stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, solution delivery, or a related role supporting enterprise applications

  • Solid experience in supply chain operations, particularly within apparel, sourcing, or retail environments, including order management and invoicing processes

  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB, Node.js, or JavaScript.

  • Proven track record working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external development vendors to deliver system solutions

  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices (e.g. backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance support)

  • Ability to produce clear and structured documentation (e.g. business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications)

  • Effective stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with strong ownership and the ability to work independently

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions preferred
