Whatyou’lldo:

• Lead the design and development of solution architectures to support the implementation of key initiatives.

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure solutions meet business goals.

• Ensure architectural solutions are scalable and sustainable.

• Facilitate and manage the delivery of the architecture deliverables through the governance processes as defined within the broader enterprise.

• Provide guidance and support to junior Solution Architects.

Whatwe’relooking for:

• Experiencedin Solution Architecture withproficiencyin architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Knowledgeable in system integration and interoperability, with the ability to create andmaintainarchitectural documentation.

• Acts as a technical expert providing advice, influencing others, and contributing directly to solutions.

• Skilled in solving complex problems using experience, judgment, and established guidelines.

• Experienced first-level operational Team Leader responsible for managing teams, prioritizing work annually, and collaborating across multiple teams to achieve results.

Technology Specific Experience

• Experienced in delivering complex, enterprise-scale solution architectures with strong understanding of software development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and system integration.

• Skilled in creating andmaintainingarchitecture documentation and knowledgeable in frameworks like TOGAF.

• Expertisein designing enterprise solutions using LLMs and Generative AI, including model selection, RAG, prompt engineering, and grounding, with practical knowledge of AI agent architectures and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow).

• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles (guardrails, bias detection, oversight, audit logging) and experience in architecting enterprise automation.

Industry Experience

• Prior experience in a large enterprise undertaking internal AI/digital transformation.

• Involvement inestablishingAI/Automation Centre of Excellence.

• Delivered AI agent or automation solutions in corporate functions like Finance, Risk, Legal, HR, or ITSM.

Other Specific Role Requirements

• Ability to advise and influence stakeholders.

• Experienced in leading initiatives and managing team delivery.

• Ability to prioritize work and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
