Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related technical field with appropriate experience.

2. 2+ years’ experience in DevOps engineer or similar.

3. Experienced with DevOps practices like automated provisioning/deployments, infrastructure as code using tools ie. Docker,Ansible, Kubernetes.

4. Experienced with automation CI/CD tools ie. Jenkins./ Gitlab CI / Argo CD.

5. Experience administering application servers, web servers, and databases ie. Nginx, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.

6. Experience with Logging tools ie. ElasticSearch,, Kibana.

7. Experience with Monitoring tools ie. Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.

8. Experience with Cloud Provider: AWS.

9. Experience with Orchestration Tool: Kubernetes on Premise and on Cloud.

10. API Gateway: Kong.

11. Reverse Proxy/Web Server: Nginx.

12. Monitoring: Grafana.

13. Performance Test: Jmeter.

14. Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others.

15. Good command of written and spoken English.

16. Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

1. Incident and operation for DevOps stack.

2. Regular analysis of the infrastructure (log, metric, tracing), service availability, performance to support the incident investigation, RCA, and improvement.

3. Monitoring and maintaining the health and availability.

4. Maintain high availability of infrastructure and platform to meet business SLA and SLO.

5. Execute software release and deployment for a production environment.

6. Design, Integrate, implement, configure, and operate DevOps, monitoring platform, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

7. Design, manage and configure the monitoring metrics, template, and dashboard and alert rules.

8. Perform platform optimization, cost optimization, and security improvements (patching, tuning, or integrating security scanning tool) and perform security testing.

9. Implement and maintain deployment automation script for backend or related services.

10. Configure and maintain system backup and recovery tools.

11. Infrastructure assessment for improvement and budgeting.

12. Co-working with Solution architect and Technical Lead.
