We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant for our customers.

Passionate about being the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering making sure both sides are understood
Have a strong background in transforming legacy architecture landscape into SAP with hands on experience within SAP
Hands-on experience designing enterprise planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Love being creative to find the solution for the business needs
Take ownership and independently drive towards desired outcomes
Know about developing architectural design based on the business needs and requirements
Experience designing enterprise planning architectures integrating SAP EPPM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and enterprise data platforms.
Experience modernizing legacy planning platforms including IBM TM1, IBM Planning Analytics or custom-built planning solutions.
Experience designing cloud-first planning architectures using SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs and event-driven integrations.
Strong understanding of enterprise planning processes including strategic planning, financial planning, project portfolio planning, resource planning and investment planning.
Experience working closely with Finance, Business Steering and Project Portfolio Management stakeholders.
Have experience working in multicultural environment
Are a team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with peers and loves sharing knowledge with others
Proactively managing relevant stakeholders
Are curious, self-directed and want to keep learning!

Proven expertise in designing enterprise planning solutions using SAP Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
Strong understanding of planning processes including
Strategic Planning
Financial Planning
Investment Planning
Portfolio Planning
Project Planning
Capacity & Resource Planning
Experience designing planning solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience architecting migration from legacy planning platforms (IBM TM1, IBM Planning Analytics and custom-built planning applications) to modern SAP planning solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience defining enterprise architecture, data models and planning governance.
Knowledge of SAP BTP services is highly desirable.
SAP certifications in SAC, SAP EPPM or SAP S/4HANA are advantageous.
SAP certifications in relevant planning modules.
Experience with S/4HANA-based planning capabilities (e.g., aATP, PP/DS embedded in S/4HANA).

You’ll be a vital part in the transformation of IKEA into a more front line obsessed company by ensuring that we have efficient solutions on Statutory reporting

This mean that you will:

Design enterprise planning architecture across SAP EPPM, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, legacy IBM planning platforms and enterprise applications ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with Business Steering, Finance, Project Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture teams to define future-state planning capabilities.
Drive modernization initiatives including migration from IBM TM1, IBM Planning Analytics and home-grown planning solutions to SAP-based planning capabilities.
Define integration architecture between SAP EPPM, SAC Planning, SAP S/4HANA and enterprise data platforms.
Develop architecture principles, reference architectures and technical standards for enterprise planning solutions.
Ensure planning solutions meet security, governance, scalability and performance requirements.
Provide architectural leadership during implementation, ensuring alignment with IKEA Enterprise Architecture principles.
Evaluate emerging SAP planning capabilities and AI-enabled planning features to improve planning accuracy and user experience.
Guiding and reviewing development work, setting standards for SAP applications, data flows and reporting implementations.

Architecture Leadership
Define architecture principles and technology standards.
Review solution designs.
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
Govern integrations.
Drive platform modernization.
Manage technical debt.
Promote reusable architecture patterns.
