Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP solutions for our organization. Your functional knowledge of SAP modules and integration expertise will be key in driving successful projects. We are looking for a candidate who can lead and guide our team, ensuring efficient and effective SAP implementations.

• Lead and guide the SAP implementation process, providing architectural guidance and best practices.
• Design and develop SAP solutions, focusing on Finance, Controlling, and HCM modules.
• Integrate SAP with third-party CRMs like Salesforce, utilizing SAP BTP or SuccessFactors APIs.
• Perform data queries and validate logs using SQL or ABAP, ensuring data integrity.
• Make minor adjustments to integration scripts to enhance data flow and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document and maintain SAP solution architecture, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Must have:

• A degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in ERP/CRM data management or integration is essential.
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically FI, CO, and HCM, is a must.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP or SuccessFactors APIs and their integration with Salesforce is required.
• Experience with SAP tables related to Finance and HR is necessary.
• Proficiency in SQL or ABAP for data querying and script adjustments is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and their application in ERP environments.
