Job Description


  • Design and configure solutions using the
    platform's point-and-click configuration tools to meet business process
    and application requirements. Lead the assessment of business requirements


    collection and identification of technical specifications

    and the subsequent development of technology solutions.
    Interface with business stakeholders to understand their needs and
    translate them into configurable software components.

  • Develop prototypes
    using configuration tools and demonstrate these to stakeholders to
    validate solution approach.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
    ensure that the configuration supports the desired business processes.

  • Provide expertise in the platform's configuration capabilities during the
    solution design and implementation phases.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable,

    maintainable

    and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems.

  • Conduct solution testing and troubleshooting

    resolving configuration issues as they arise.

  • Document
    the configuration details and maintain records of system changes.

  • Stay
    current with the latest updates and features of the platform and evaluate
    their applicability to organizational needs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of
    configuration specialists,

    providing guidance and support to ensure effective
    solution delivery.

  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication
    of project goals and progress.

  • Coordinate team efforts to align with
    project timelines and business objectives.

  • Conduct performance evaluations
    and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Offer career guidance
    and support professional development for direct reports, helping them achieve their career goals.


Requirements


5+
years of Salesforce platform experience.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Order Management.

Strong understanding of order lifecycle processes and
distributed order management.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP
systems (e.g.

SAP,

Oracle)

payment gateways,

tax solutions

and inventory systems.

Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs,

Platform Events

and event-driven architecture.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce
data modeling,Flows,Apex


and integration patterns.

Experience designing secure

high-performance

and scalable enterprise solutions.

Strong communication skills
with the ability to lead client workshops and technical discussions.
