About the Role
TheQuality & Compliance Solution Architect is ahands‑onarchitecture role within D&T, accountable for designingend‑to‑endsolution architecturesthat enable regulated Quality and compliance outcomes across QSC and R&D.
Working under the JD - QSC & R&D Domain Architect,the role translates target architecture,standardsand guardrails intopractical, implementable solution designs that delivery teams can build,validateand operate insafety‑criticalenvironments. It ensures solutions supportauditability, control operation, validation/assuranceexpectationsand inspection readiness
This role isdelivery‑proximateand technicallyhands‑on, providing credible system design leadership and implementation governance while reducing regulatory risk andlong‑termcomplexity.

To design and governsecure, compliant,validation‑readyQuality and compliance solution architectures, enabling delivery teams to deliver outcomes quickly and consistently without compromising regulatory requirements or operational resilience.
Key accountabilities
The Quality & Compliance Solution Architect is accountable for:
Designingend‑to‑endsolution architectures forQuality and compliance capabilities (e.g., deviations, CAPA, audits, change control, inspection readiness).
Ensuring solutions arevalidation‑readyandaudit‑ready , with traceability, evidence and control operation embedded by design.
Embeddingsecurity,privacyand compliance requirements in all solution designs.
Providing architecture governance and implementation guidance across the lifecycle (design→build →test/validation →deploy →operational readiness).
Designing integration patterns that ensure Quality processes align to ERP/SAP and enterprise data standards.
Key responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design (Quality & Compliance)
Produce implementable solution designs including functional andnon‑functionalrequirements: security, auditability, resilience,performanceand operability.
Translate business requirements into clear architecture artefacts (solution views, integration and data flow diagrams, operational and validation views).
2. Validation, Controls & Auditability by Design
Ensure architectures supportvalidatedcontrolled environments and provideend‑to‑endtraceability.
Embed control operation, evidence capture and audit trails into solution designs from the outset.
3. ERP/SAP Alignment (Quality↔Operations↔Finance)
Ensure Quality solutions integrate appropriately withSAP‑centricprocesses (e.g., quality events, batch genealogy dependencies, inventory/financial alignment where relevant).
4. Integration & Data Architecture
Design APIs/integration and data flows that enable consistent Quality reporting and enterprise traceability.
Ensure alignment to enterprise data governance and “single source of truth” expectations.
5. Architecture Governance & Delivery Assurance
Provide architecture governance: design reviews, implementation checkpoints, and unblock delivery teams during build/test/deploy.
Document decisions,trade‑offsand risk positions; escalate systemic concerns early to the Domain Architect.
6. Standardisation, Reuse & Simplification
Drive reuse of reference patterns and minimise bespoke build to reducelong‑termcompliance burden.
Your profile
Required:
Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in regulated or controlled environments (Quality / compliance / validated systems)
Experience designing solutions acrossQuality and Supply Chains domains.
Integration and data flow design capability with auditability and controls embedded
A bility to translate complex business requirements into implementable architectures.
Preferred
Experience integrating Quality platforms with ERP/SAP and enterprise reporting
Experienceoperatingwithin enterprise architecture standards and governance models.

Remuneration: 19 890 to 27 350 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competences.
