The platform combines modular infrastructure, APIs, automation, and AI-powered capabilities to help businesses manage compliance obligations, transaction workflows, reporting, and audit requirements.

The company works with large enterprise customers across technology, commerce, and financial services and operates in a highly technical post-sales environment. Solution Architects partner directly with client engineering and technical teams to design, implement, troubleshoot, and launch integrations.

This is an opportunity to join a growing post-sales organization where you will own complex enterprise implementations from initial requirements gathering through production Go-Live and post-launch support.

What You Will Do

Own End-to-End Technical Implementations

• Own the technical implementation of enterprise clients from project kickoff through Go-Live and post-launch hypercare.
• Gather technical and business requirements from client stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures and integration plans.
• Lead implementation timelines, technical milestones, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Build & Troubleshoot Integrations

• Work hands-on with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, and data mappings.
• Design and implement API-level integrations alongside client engineering teams.
• Work with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Handle API authentication and integration configuration.
• Diagnose integration issues and work collaboratively with technical stakeholders to resolve them.
• Use cloud technologies and modern technical tooling to support implementations.

Translate Complex Requirements Into Technical Solutions

• Understand complex regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.
• Translate country-specific requirements into scalable technical integration designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to determine appropriate implementation approaches.
• Identify edge cases, technical dependencies, and implementation risks.
• Ensure solutions can scale across multiple markets and use cases.

Manage Stakeholders & Drive Projects

• Serve as a trusted technical partner to enterprise customers.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical project meetings, implementation reviews, and project syncs.
• Coordinate across client engineering teams and internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct on-site customer visits when required.
• Gather structured product feedback and feature requests from client implementations and communicate them to internal teams.

Ideal Candidate Background

Experience Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong post-sales implementation experience.
• Experience working at a B2B SaaS, API-first, or enterprise software company.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or middle-market customers.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex technical implementations from requirements through production launch.
• Experience partnering directly with client engineering or technical teams.

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Comfortable working with JSON and XML payloads.
• Experience with webhooks and data mappings.
• Understanding of API authentication.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical integrations and diagnosing API-level issues.
• Ability to understand technical architectures and translate requirements into implementation designs.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Customer & Implementation Requirements

• Strong experience in post-sales technical delivery.
• Ability to independently manage customer implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customer engineering teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout complex implementations.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and production Go-Live processes.

Compensation & Benefits

• $180,000 – $200,000 base salary.
