YOUR MISSION Lead customers into an AI-first, security-first cloud journey by architecting, pitching, proving, and delivering Microsoft solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Purview (Compliance), and Microsoft Azure. You will be the trusted Microsoft advisor who turns business goals into secure, scalable architectures—enabling Copilot and AI innovations while ensuring governance, privacy, compliance, and resilient security operations. This is a high-impact role for an all-round Microsoft expert who can bridge strategy to execution: from discovery and roadmap design, to proof-of-concept, migration, implementation, and operational handover. You will help customers accelerate productivity and innovation with AI, while protecting identities, data, applications, and infrastructure end-to-end. Co-create the customer cloud journey and AI adoption roadmap (Copilot readiness, AI use cases, data readiness)
Apply Cloud Adoption Framework and security-by-design patterns to build repeatable transformation playbooks
Define target architectures, landing zones, and governance models that are AI-ready and compliant
2) Architect, Prove, and Deliver (End-to-End Execution)
Architect and deliver Microsoft 365 / Azure / Security / Purview solutions aligned to business processes and risk posture
Run assessments, hypothesis-driven analysis, and hands-on PoC pilots (Copilot/GenAI, security controls, data classification)
Plan and execute migration and implementation with change management and adoption enablement
Establish operational readiness: monitoring, incident response, tuning, and continuous improvement
3) Security-by-Design & AI Governance
Design Zero Trust security architecture across identity, device, data, app, and infrastructure
Implement data protection and compliance: sensitivity labeling, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, insider risk (as applicable)
Build AI governance foundations: data access controls, prompt/data protection, secure-by-default configurations, and guardrails for responsible AI usage within the customer environment
4) Pre-sales Excellence & Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead customer workshops, architecture presentations, and executive storytelling with quantified outcomes
Produce high-quality deliverables: solution designs, HLD/LLD, SoW, runbooks, and adoption plans
Act as a product/solution owner collaborating with Microsoft and ecosystem partners for GTM success
5) Project Leadership & Team Enablement
Lead implementation programs: plan resources, schedule, milestones, and risks; track status and resolve issues
Coach and mentor sales and engineering teams on AI and security solutioning, positioning, and delivery best practices
Contribute to reusable assets: templates, reference architectures, demo kits, and internal playbooks
