Solution Architect – Lending

We are looking for a Solution Architect to help shape the future of our Tribe Wholesale Banking - Lending capabilities. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming Lending Origination by designing scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions, with a strong focus on AI-driven decisioning, intelligent orchestration, and digital lending experiences

What You'll Do

Design End-to-End Solutions

• Own solution architecture across Lending Origination, from current-state assessments to future-state design.
• Translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and production-ready solutions.
• Design across multiple systems, platforms, and domains to deliver seamless customer and business outcomes.

Drive Technology Innovation

• Help shape architecture and engineering roadmaps.
• Evaluate solution options, conduct proof-of-concepts, and recommend strategic approaches.
• Contribute to modern lending capabilities leveraging AI, workflow automation, and advanced decision models.

Collaborate with Global Teams

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Architects across multiple global locations.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and governance activities.
• Drive alignment between technology strategy, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar architecture role within a complex technology environment.
• Strong software engineering and solution design background.
• Experience working across multiple domains, applications, and platforms

Technical Expertise

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• ArchiMate, BPMN, and DMN modelling.
• Software and data modelling methodologies.
• SDLC, web services, and modern application architecture.
• Container technologies, orchestration platforms, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Public cloud experience.
• Banking, lending, or financial services background.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or workflow automation platforms.
