As a Solution Architect for Enterprise Enablement, you will play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise technology solutions that drive business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted technology advisor, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across our enterprise platforms and applications landscape.

What you will do

  • Design and govern end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, enterprise architecture standards, and strategic objectives.
  • Own the architecture, governance, and lifecycle management of platforms, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure.
  • Drive business process transformation initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Define and oversee integration of architectures, APIs, and data flows to enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles, from concept through implementation.
  • Establish and maintain architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across platforms and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across enterprise technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that create business value and improve user experience.

What you bring

Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Enterprise Platforms, Business Applications, or related technology roles.
  • Experience designing and implementing business solutions across cloud and enterprise application environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
  • Knowledge of process automation and workflow technologies, including exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience with Workday and Jira Service Management is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding cloud architecture and technology governance principles.
  • Knowledge of information security concepts and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
