Solution Architect (Discrete Manufacturing/LN)

Infor is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that align with business goals. This role will focus on driving system architecture decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration, and ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements for enterprise systems.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead the design and development of technical architectures for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define system specifications, integrations, and project dependencies across business units.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems and provide recommendations for optimization and upgrades to meet scalability and security requirements.
- Oversee the alignment of technical solutions with performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Identify potential risks related to system integration and develop plans to address those risks.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of architectural documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide guidance to solution architects and development teams during the implementation of technical solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience designing and implementing ERP solutions for large-scale projects.
• Experience with Infor LN system architecture, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid models.
• Experience using software architecture design tools and frameworks.
• Experience with ERP system integration, data modeling, and API design.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Experience implementing security protocols, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability in system designs.
- Experience providing strategic guidance and decision-making for ERP projects.
