Job Summary

Seeking a senior Workplace Engineering Tower Lead (E5) to drive strategy, transformation, service delivery, and operational excellence across Client Lifecycle Management, Application Packaging, Enterprise Mobility Management, Imaging Solutions, and Workplace Virtualization. The role is responsible for modernizing workplace services, enhancing digital employee experience, improving security compliance, driving automation, and leading global Workplace Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Workplace Engineering strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of CLM, Packaging, Mobility, Imaging, and Virtualization services.
• Drive workplace modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-led transformation initiatives.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, CSAT, security, and compliance objectives are achieved.
• Manage customer relationships, executive reviews, escalations, and service governance.
• Lead large global engineering and operations teams.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Support solutioning, transitions, business growth, and strategic customer initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years in Workplace Engineering / EUC.
• Proven experience leading multiple Workplace Engineering towers globally.
• Strong background in Digital Workplace Transformation and Service Delivery Management.
• ITIL, Microsoft Endpoint, Azure, Citrix, VMware, or PMP certifications preferred.
