Job Description

You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering enterprise architecture leadership, governance and solution design across DSI technology within TfNSW, ensuring systems are rationalised, efficient, and aligned to business and enterprise architecture standards. This role will see you shaping current and future state architectures, guiding system integration and rationalisation, and enabling high-value digital and data solutions that support organisational strategy and delivery outcomes.

You will lead the design and evolution of technology domains, build strong engagement with product owners, architects and senior stakeholders, and drive consistency in architecture principles across complex programs of work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

About you
Your deep solution architecture expertise formed across complex enterprise environments, government or large-scale technology organisations will see you excel in defining target states, navigating competing priorities, and overcoming ambiguity in rapidly changing delivery contexts while ensuring alignment to governance and standards.

You’re recognised as a trusted architecture leader, skilled at designing scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions, experienced in stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and adept at translating business needs into coherent, implementable technology strategies that deliver efficiency, integration and long-term value.
