Job Description

As a Cloud API Solution Architect, lead the conceptualization and design of end-to-end technical solution architectures aligned with project requirements and enterprise IT strategies..

Responsibilities as below:

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, system SMEs, and product vendors to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards while securing approval and buy-in from IT management and architecture governance boards.
• Act as the key liaison between enterprise architecture, stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to drive effective communication, alignment, and approval throughout the solution architecture lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation and support system integration testing by reviewing test cases from an end-to-end architectural perspective.
• Contribute to vendor, product, and technology evaluations while continuously researching emerging industry and technology trends to inform solution recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related discipline.
• More than 10 years relevant experience, with proven background in solution architecture, and possess broad knowledge of banking technologies, systems, and evolving industry trends.
• Strong understanding of the banking system and project implementation lifecycle, with proven experience designing scalable and resilient hybrid architectures leveraging cloud service providers, on-premises systems, enterprise architecture principles, system integration patterns, microservices, and cloud computing services.
• Hands-on experience in system integration using RESTful APIs and host-to-host (SFTP) mechanisms, including configuration and management of API management platforms (APIM) covering policy enforcement, API publishing, security, and monitoring.
• Background in system development, particularly in Java, with solid understanding of source code management tools such as Git or SVN, and exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of API specification standards and security mechanisms including OAuth, OIDC, and mTLS, as well as SFTP security practices such as SSH key management and PGP encryption.
• In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, particularly networking and serverless computing, with experience in Azure native services such as App Services, Logic Apps/Function Apps, Container Services, and preferred knowledge of Azure API Management and Azure IaaS/PaaS offerings.
• Relevant certification in TOGAF and cloud solution architecture is a plus.
