In this position, you will lead the digital landscape around Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, taking end‑to‑end ownership of its architecture and evolution. With a strong focus on the Commercial B2B processes, you will shape roadmaps, guide enhancements, and ensure our solutions deliver both technical integrity and real business value.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the Commercial B2B process area (incl. EDI) and drive the evolution of the related TechStack, with a understanding of Finance.
  • Take full ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and its ecosystem (ISV solutions, Power BI, integrations), including roadmap definition and continuous improvement.
  • Design scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions for D365 F&O, related integrations, and the Commercial B2B landscape; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including the enterprise architect and product owners, to gather and align functional requirements, analyze needs, and define solution concepts.
  • Lead structured sprint planning and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Drive quality and operational excellence, including regression testing, hypercare, documentation, monitoring, and ensuring seamless integration into existing architecture.
  • Identify and implement customer‑centric process improvements, maintaining end‑to‑end IT responsibility and ensuring IT contributes to business goals.
  • Identify and advance AI use cases within the D365 ecosystem, ensuring scalable and secure adoption.
  • Coordinate updates, release cycles, and collaboration with implementation partners, ISV providers, and external development suppliers.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by establishing best‑practice platforms and ensuring effective communication of updates.
  • Measure the value of solution enhancements and track the success of implemented changes.
  • Ensure effective handover of operational tasks to IT collaboration teams and external service providers as needed.

Your profile

  • Degree in business informatics / computer science and business administration or process management education (university, university of applied sciences, bachelor or equivalent)
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP, IPMA) or in SAFe/Scrum would be a plus
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in multiple business process areas and IT architecture as well as in project management or requirement engineering/process modelling
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, and ISV solutions
  • Experience with Commercial B2B, B2B webshop, EDI, Finance
  • Proven track record in release management, vendor coordination, and solution design
  • Personality with good self management / time management skills
  • Teamplayer with good consulting skills, can do mentality and deliver to promise attitude
  • Hands-on problem solving mentality, especially in technical parts
  • Good analytical, conceptional, problem solver skills and an ownership / entrepreneurial thinking
  • Keen understanding of, and experience with, the balance between quick fixes and long-term viability in the face of limited resources
  • High flexibility / Eagerness to learn new skills in terms of technology and business processes
  • Strong communication and adaptability, ability to act as a change agent
  • Fluent in English, German is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 F&O, ISV Solutions, Power BI, Middleware & integration solutions (like Lobster, API-Mgmt, etc.), Confluence / Jira, Scrum and SAFe
