Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Core Java, and Spring services to lead and drive projects under NBBL Innovation. This role requires strong experience in API design, security best practices, leveraging open-source technologies, and deploying solutions on on-prem infrastructure. The ideal candidate will design scalable architectures, integrate advanced AI solutions, and enable cutting-edge innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing prompt engineering strategies, and integrating vector databases for enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable, high-performance architectures for enterprise applications.
• Review and modernize existing codebases for integration and performance improvements.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for predictive, prescriptive analytics and unsupervised/reinforcement learning.
• Apply machine learning models on structured and unstructured data to deliver actionable insights.
• Architect data pipelines for advanced analytics and real-time processing.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.
• Drive initiatives using Generative AI, Digital Twins and advanced NLP.
• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications leveraging LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Design prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI use cases.
• Explore emerging technologies like LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face to enhance automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and innovation best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
• Expertise in API design, development, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of Machine Algorithm models and Data Pipelines for enterprise scale.
• Experience with open-source frameworks and tools for AI, Data Science, and enterprise development.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing solutions on on-prem infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for on-prem environments.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture with at least 2 - 3 years in AI/ML projects.
• Certifications in Software Architecture, API Security or AI/ML are a plus.
• Experience in architecting hybrid solutions combining on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Experience in building AI agents and conversational systems using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or communities are a plus.
