Solution Architect - RGS

Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking for a mid-level Solution Architect to join us to define, design, and implement high-level architectural solutions that support Push Gaming’s products, platforms, and internal systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all technical environments.

Location: hybrid in London or Warsaw.

What you'll do:

• Design end-to-end architecture for new and existing systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and design solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define and document architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Review system designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural direction and quality standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption to improve system capabilities and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure robust, secure, and scalable system design.
• Support the integration of internal systems and third-party platforms.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer in a complex technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns.
• Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains such as backend systems, APIs, databases, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing the implementation of large-scale, distributed systems.
• 5+ years in a software engineering discipline
