What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture for implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
  • Define and evolve HR technology architecture across SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, payroll, workforce management, identity management, and third-party applications.
  • Develop future-state architecture roadmaps aligned with client business and technology strategies, ensuring adherence to Deloitte standards and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and technology leaders, facilitating workshops and providing guidance on HR transformation, operating models, cloud adoption, data governance, AI, and SAP innovations.
  • Provide architecture oversight throughout project delivery, partnering with functional and technical teams to manage risks, dependencies, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Establish architecture governance and lead design reviews to ensure solutions meet security, privacy, scalability, compliance, audit, and performance requirements.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, and client presentations while contributing to Deloitte methodologies and mentoring team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SAP and key alliance partners.

Deloitte Canada’s Human Capital practice helps organizations transform the way they attract, engage, develop, and support their workforce. Our SAP SuccessFactors team partners with clients across industries to deliver innovative HR technology solutions that enhance employee experiences, streamline operations, and enable business growth.

As part of a collaborative team of HR transformation professionals, solution architects, functional specialists, and technology experts, you will work on complex enterprise-wide programs that leverage the SAP SuccessFactors suite and broader SAP ecosystem. Together, we help clients modernize their HR functions through leading practices, emerging technologies, and scalable cloud-based solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions, including 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, integrations, platform extensions, security/role-based permissions, and reporting & analytics.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, payroll, talent management, workforce administration, and organizational management.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and complex system landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Nice to Have

  • SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Enterprise Architecture certifications.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, Workforce Management solutions, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformations within public sector, healthcare, higher education, or unionized environments.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

  • Expertise in enterprise, cloud, integration, security, and data architecture.
  • Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with program governance, risk management, quality assurance, and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
