Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Lead Consultant to lead functional consulting, solution definition, business transformation, and delivery advisory initiatives across Teamcenter PLM programs. The role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter business processes, stakeholder management, solution consulting, and large-scale PLM transformation engagements.

The Lead Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to customers, bridging business requirements and technology solutions while ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Teamcenter capabilities across engineering and manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Transformation

• Lead business process discovery, assessment, and transformation workshops.
• Analyze current-state PLM processes and define future-state operating models.
• Drive PLM strategy alignment with business objectives.
• Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Recommend industry best practices and Teamcenter-enabled solutions.

Functional Solution Leadership

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities.
• Define functional architecture for:
• Product Data Management (PDM)
• Product Structure Management
• BOM Management
• Document Management
• Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
• Workflow & Process Automation
• Classification
• Configuration Management
• Supplier Collaboration
• Manufacturing Process Management

Customer Engagement

• Serve as the primary functional advisor for customer leadership and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive workshops and solution discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across business units.
• Present solution recommendations, roadmaps, and value realization plans.

Program Delivery Support

• Guide implementation teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Review functional specifications and configuration approaches.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure solution alignment with business requirements and project objectives.
• Identify delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans.

Manufacturing & Engineering Process Expertise

• Support transformation across:
• Engineering Change Management
• Product Development Processes
• Manufacturing Process Planning
• EBOM to MBOM Transformation
• Digital Manufacturing

• Experience driving PLM transformation initiatives across large enterprises.
