Job Summary

The DELMIA SA will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the use of Dassault Systèmes DELMIA software within Pratt & Whitney. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, configure DELMIA solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, digital transformation, and the DELMIA suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for DELMIA implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize DELMIA applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with Pratt & Whitney's operational goals.
• Provide functional expertise in DELMIA modules, including Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Digital Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of DELMIA with other enterprise systems such as ERP and PLM.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of DELMIA tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DELMIA applications, working with Dassault Systèmes support as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest DELMIA features and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities for DELMIA-related initiatives.

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation principles.
• Proficiency in DELMIA modules such as MOM, MES, and Digital Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM (e.g., ENOVIA 3DX), and CAD (CATIA)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications

• DELMIA certification or training is preferred.

Other Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with DELMIA or similar manufacturing software solutions.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, could be automotive or closely-related field
• Certifications
• Work Environment Hybrid or remote work options may be available based on business needs.
• DELMIA certification or training is preferred.
• This position may require occasional travel to Pratt & Whitney sites or vendor locations.
