About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset and the ability to engage confidently with clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and customer engagement, helping organizations design solutions that create measurable business value.

You will work directly with clients, delivery teams, engineering leaders, and commercial stakeholders to understand challenges, shape solution strategies, and guide the successful implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions.

This is not a purely technical architecture role. Success requires a combination of technical credibility, business understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.

What You'll Do

Shape Solutions

• Understand client challenges, goals, business priorities, and operational realities.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Define architecture approaches, technology stacks, implementation roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices around scalability, security, resiliency, observability, and operational efficiency.

Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that create measurable business value. As a trusted advisor, you will shape architecture strategy, guide key technology decisions, support business growth opportunities, and provide technical leadership to clients and engineering teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Design and guide scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integration layers, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Define technology strategies that support performance, reliability, scalability, and future growth.

Partner with Clients

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed technology decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders toward the most effective solutions.

Contribute to Business Growth

• Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, estimations, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Partners to identify opportunities and maximize business value.
• Connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

Guide Delivery

• Provide architectural leadership throughout solution implementation.
• Align business and technical stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Ensure pragmatic delivery while maintaining solution quality, scalability, and business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture, with experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Broad technical expertise across application architecture, cloud platforms, integrations, data, DevOps, AI-assisted engineering, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions, evaluate technologies, and balance technical excellence with business and operational needs.
• Comfortable navigating both strategic architecture discussions and implementation-level technical conversations.
• Proven problem-solving skills, including technology evaluation, modernization initiatives, migration strategies, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, architects, and engineering teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, connecting technology investments and recommendations to measurable business outcomes and client value.
