We are looking for Solution Architect to join an international agile scrum team in our Gigabit project- one of the biggest and most important projects in Deutsche Telekom Group.
The Gigabit Business Framework is a new way of serving our customers with completely re-designed processes to provide “Gigabit Connectivity”. We initiated a Digital Hub to foster new marketing and sales processes in order to win customers before rollout of the fibre infrastructure is carried out. This completely new business approach: allowing pre-sales activities, customer driven infrastructure rollout, real-time fulfillment in the case of connected homes and many more features are part of the product vision of so-called “Gigabit Business Framework (Gigabit Geschäftssystem)”. We work internationally with 49 teams on the customer journeys and release all our product increments immediately into production environment. Our agile mindset enables us to start with minimal viable products and improve them according to customers & internal feedback incrementally.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Plan and participate in the Elaboration of the Architectural Runway for a full E2E Solution with the Solution and Domain/System Architects
• Actively support design and steering of Continuous Delivery Model & Architecture
• Establish and support definition of Non-functional Requirements and the Architecture Enablers to enable the Business Objectives in terms of T2M, Scalability and Business & Software Stability for Fibre Rollout
• Partner with System Architects to elaborate Business & System Capabilities and Features of the whole F@ST Cloud Multi-Tenant Architecture (Gigabit & Fibre Coop Tenant)
• Foster Built-in Quality for the entire Solution
• Contribute to the Definition, Design, Implementation, Rollout and the Governance of the Architecture Vision of F@ST and Gigabit Program
• Ensure the Alignment with Business and Technical Vision (F@ST) and the Domain Transformation Journey of Gigabit Program (e.g. Decoupling/Cloudification/Automation)
• Develop architectural concepts/structures, including the development of technical concepts taking into account holistic business requirements and implications
• Lead, Communicate and Drive actively the implementation of the Architecture Vision in Alignement with different Stakeholders in the Program (Business Owners, SD; PM/PO, the Scrum Teams, STE/RTE, End Users )
• Identify the Solution Space of Business and /Or Technical solution Options to a clearly defined business challenges and scope.
• Define and communicate the Architecture Roadmap of Entire Solution of Gigabit
• Give to the development teams a clear Description of the Architecture Requirements and communicating Best Parctices on how to proceed
• Participate on the know-how Transfer inside the program and in DT-IT and collaborating with other Communities, SDOs, Open Source, etc.. to drive the Lead Digital Telco Vision of Deutsche Telekom
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
• U nderstanding of Cloud Architecture ( Container Orchestration K8S, Docker, Monitoring & logging, Serveless, AWS); Open APIs; TMF Frameworx (e.g ODA, TMF Open API) ; CI/CD, Software Architecture & Design
• Solid Knowhow of Micro Service Rest Architecture, DevOps Practices; AIOps
• Excellent communication Skills
• Analytical Skills, Problem-Soving, critical Thinking
• Experience in Telcos Field & Fibre Access Technolog
• Experience with SAFE Agile Framework
• B2 English level or higher
