Working across business and technical teams, you will help shape automation strategies and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
You will also contribute to reusable frameworks, technical standards, documentation, and continuous optimization across the automation lifecycle.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that address complex business and operational challenges.
- Build automation solutions using advanced agentic process automation capabilities, including AI agents, document automation, API-based tasks, and automation copilots.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components, libraries, frameworks, and automation patterns that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
- Establish and apply coding standards, architectural best practices, version control, governance, and lifecycle management throughout automation projects.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, external applications, databases, and enterprise systems to enable end-to-end process automation.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, validation, and documentation to ensure automation solutions meet quality, security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Test and evaluate AI models using appropriate validation and A/B testing approaches, monitoring accuracy, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation environments across cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Support Agile and DevOps practices, enabling rapid delivery, continuous integration, and ongoing improvement of automation pipelines.
- Monitor automation performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement improvements that support long-term sustainability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing, engineering standards, and a culture of continuous innovation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, framework guidelines, and other materials required to support automation solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or intelligent process automation development.
- Strong experience with enterprise automation platforms and advanced automation capabilities, including AI agents, document processing, API integrations, and automation orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages used for automation and AI integrations.
- Strong understanding of API development, system integrations, and data flows between applications and enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable, modular, and maintainable automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, data structures, and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing automation solutions in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience creating automation frameworks and managing agent lifecycles, versioning strategies, and governance processes.
- Knowledge of RPA and automation documentation standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application to iterative automation delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members and demonstrate leadership potential.
- Technical English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
