Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that address complex business and operational challenges.
- Build automation solutions using advanced agentic process automation capabilities, including API tasks, document automation, AI agents, and intelligent copilots.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries that can be leveraged across multiple automation initiatives.
- Apply coding standards and software engineering best practices throughout the automation development lifecycle.
- Establish best practices for agent orchestration, version control, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Design and implement integrations with APIs, external applications, and enterprise systems to enable end-to-end process automation.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, validation, and quality assurance while ensuring appropriate technical documentation is maintained.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, reliability, scalability, and performance using structured testing and A/B evaluation approaches.
- Monitor and optimize AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency, stability, and long-term sustainability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation environments across cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Support Agile and DevOps practices, contributing to iterative delivery, automation pipelines, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, development standards, and framework guidelines.
- Monitor automation performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation development, or related technical fields, including experience with agentic process automation or RPA technologies.
- Strong practical experience with Automation Anywhere A360 or comparable enterprise automation platforms, including advanced automation and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages used for automation and AI integration.
- Strong understanding of API development, system integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications.
- Proven experience designing secure, scalable, modular, and maintainable automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience deploying and managing automation solutions in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience creating technical frameworks, managing agent lifecycles, and implementing versioning and governance strategies.
- Knowledge of RPA and automation documentation standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application to iterative automation delivery.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with leadership potential and experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
- Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
