About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Ericsson Dynamic Activation (EDA) Provisioning Solutions. This is a combined pre-sales and delivery role in which you will be accountable for translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals — while contributing to profitable business growth for Ericsson.
Prior experience working within Ericsson's organizational structure and service delivery ecosystem is considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with Ericsson's internal tools, platforms, and operational processes will set you up for success in this position.
What you will do:
• Undertake product deployment and configuration of communication services products
• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests
• Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues
• Maintain and update solution documentation
• Provide feedback to R&D with possible enhancements to the portfolio
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technologies and share insights to enable customer competence building
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5–10 years of experience in relevant roles
• Proven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization
• UDM Portfolio knowledge: EDA, OpenStack, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of provisioning flows to Customer CRM systems, OCS, UDM, and IMS nodes — across both Ericsson and third-party vendors
• Strong communication and language skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build professional networks
• Adaptability and innovation mindset
• Strong planning, organizing, and result-delivery skills
• Additional knowledge of programming is a plus
