We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions across our digital platforms. This role will provide architectural leadership across multiple products and engineering teams, ensuring that solutions align with enterprise standards, business objectives, and long-term technology strategy.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solution architectures across products and platforms.
Produce architecture artifacts, technical specifications, solution design documents, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
Translate business and functional requirements into well-defined technical solutions and implementation approaches.
Lead architecture reviews and governance activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technical standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks across projects and workstreams.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, DevOps, Security teams, and business stakeholders to shape technology solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, Technical Leads, and senior developers.
Establish reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, reference implementations, and technical standards.
Design cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services and modern application architecture practices.
Define application, data, integration, deployment, and API architectures.
Support engineering teams in adopting best practices around scalability, security, observability, and maintainability.
Drive technical modernization initiatives, architecture consistency, and reduction of technical debt.
Contribute to engineering planning, roadmap development, and technical decision-making processes.
12+ years of software engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Architecture roles.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale applications using Microsoft technologies.
Strong experience working in Agile software development environments.
Experience providing architectural leadership across multiple engineering teams.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and modern application design.
Experience designing solutions using:

NET / ASP.NET Core
ReactJS
REST APIs
Microservices
Event-driven architectures
Distributed systems
Strong understanding of:
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
SOLID Principles
Clean Architecture
API-first Design
High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts
Experience defining architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable design patterns.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API governance.
Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-204, AZ-400).
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and cloud-native modernization initiatives.
Strong architectural and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven mentoring and technical coaching skills.
Ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and functions.
