Solution Architect1

The ITOM/ ITAM Architect designs the enterprise-wide strategy for CMDB, ITOM, and IT Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform. You will create a cohesive architecture that unifies asset data from disparate sources and embeds asset management processes into the fabric of IT Service Management operations..

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design the comprehensive solution architecture for the entire ITAM suite (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Contract Management).

Design the comprehensive solution architecture for the most common ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Svc Mapping, Event Management)

Define the data governance model for asset information, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Define strategic solutions to incorporate CMDB & ITOM information into ITSM Operations to automate & optimize ITSM processes.

Architect the integration strategy with all relevant systems, including End- Point management, Security, IAM, and discovery tools.

Develop a strategic roadmap for expanding CMDB & ITAM capabilities to include all facets of Asset Management, Cloud, and Infrastructure

Ensure the ITOM & ITAM architecture supports financial reporting, compliance audits, and cost optimization initiatives.

Advise concerned stakeholders on best practices for asset management, configuration management, and the business value of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one of the core module areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, SecOps) - Required.

Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Highly Preferred.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow Core Components.

Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
