Title of Role: Solution Architect (AI / Enterprise Systems)
Location: Remote (US – East Coast preferred)
Company Stage of Funding: Early-Stage / High-Growth (~140 employees, backed by top-tier investors)
Office Type: Remote
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + Bonus + Equity (ESOP)

Our client is a rapidly growing AI-first technology company helping enterprises operationalize AI across core business workflows. They partner with organizations across financial services and life sciences to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, including agentic AI, LLM applications, and large-scale cloud platforms.

With strong backing and over 100 enterprise customers, the company is expanding its North American presence and building a high-caliber team to lead complex enterprise engagements.

What You Will Do

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical challenges
  • Design and architect scalable AI-driven solutions across cloud, data, and application layers
  • Lead pre-sales solutioning, including architecture design, sizing, and technical proposals
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from problem definition to deployment
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable system architectures
  • Partner with global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services and life sciences organizations
  • Represent the company’s technical expertise in high-stakes enterprise engagements

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 8–15 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong experience working with enterprise customers in financial services or life sciences
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures across data, AI, and application layers
  • Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning and technical proposal development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into business value

Preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML systems, particularly GenAI or agentic AI use cases
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, DevSecOps tools)
  • Background at cloud providers, enterprise SaaS companies, or consulting firms
  • Experience working with regulated industries and compliance frameworks
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in AI/CS, or similar)
  • Experience working in global or distributed delivery environments

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $250,000
  • Variable compensation (bonus) + equity (ESOP ~$60K–$80K annually)
