We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team and contribute significantly to driving our company's growth and success. Collaborate closely with our sales team to analyze client needs, craft innovative solutions, and deliver technical expertise that exceeds client expectations. With your strategic mindset and strong technical proficiency, you'll design architectures aligned with industry best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, while also guiding the internal development efforts. Your day to day will include:

• Providing technical consultation and educating clients when needed
• Creating feasible delivery plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project implementations
• Designing and implementing high-performing, maintainable, and secure software across all our projects, aligned with industry best practices and the capabilities of our company
• Assessing existing system architectures and spearheading recommendations for new solutions as the primary driver within our internal team
• Collaborating seamlessly with our development team across all platforms (Frontend, Backend, Infra, Test)
• Proactively managing technology-related risks as they arise
• Leading Thought Leadership efforts within the engineering domain by crafting articles, delivering speeches at conferences, and contributing to our internal knowledge-sharing processes

What makes you thrive here:

• At least 5 years of experience in backend web technologies
• Deep understanding of system architecture and infrastructures
• Maintaining a curious, "never settle" mindset to ask the right questions at the right time
• Customer-centric attitude and a passion for driving business outcomes
• Experience in consulting with clients
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft high-quality proposals and presentations
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and enthusiasm for using the latest tools
• Willingness to explore and understand mobile architectures
• Proficiency in Business English, given our international environment
