
Responsibilities:
Using latest digital workplace technology to enhance efficiency and promote a collaborative and agility working environment
Focused on designing and implementing application architecture, software services, mobile solutions and adopting internet of things
Broader focus across tools, people and physical workplace, with the aim to improve online employee experience within and beyond the browser (across applications, devices and locations)
Able to provide new innovative thinking with future technology movement (Mobile, IoT, Cloud solutions and others)
Research, identify, and evaluate current and upcoming application and development technologies
Verify technology strategies and architectures are in regulatory compliance and mitigate any technology risk
Prototype and demonstrate innovative and effective solutions that align with organization's mission
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
10+ years of professional growth in leading companies, with a track record of increasing levels of responsibility and accomplishments
Experience in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, social media, mobile technologies, big data and other IoT technologies will be an advantage
A deeper understanding of new ways of working and application of user experience principles at the level of whole digital workplace and smart office
Experience in building smart office infrastructure layer such as user identity and access management, enterprise mobile device management (EMM), knowledge database and enterprise search engine
Knowledgeable with agile development methodologies and corresponding collaboration tools
Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, Python, .NET etc.)
Experience in micro-services development under container technology will be an advantage
Willingness to experiment with and learn new technologies
Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and adaptive to changes
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
